Rate limiting controls how many requests your API key can make within a given time window. It ensures fair usage and stable performance for all users.
Free Plans
All free plans include a limit of 1,000 requests per hour per API key. This applies across all endpoints except media calls (see below).
Paid Plans
Paid plans have no strict rate limit. You can make requests at the scale your application needs.
However, our AI system monitors usage patterns across all API keys. If unusual or unauthorized behavior is detected, response times may be gradually increased for that key until the behavior is resolved. This is not a hard block just a safeguard to maintain platform integrity.

All media (images, GIFs, and videos) is served through our CDN and is generally unlimited. For plan-specific media allowances, check the features listed under each product plan.
